Today, we will introduce you to some brilliant ideas and initiatives our Product Team has been working upon and implementing across cohorts in the past few weeks.

1. Resource Center

What’s better than having a consolidated online library to access and store every useful piece of information you learn here at INSAID?

Now you can find all your resources including books, images, cheatsheets, videos and case studies in our one-stop repository. 

All you have to do is look for the resource center in your dashboard!

2. Career Launchpad

INSAID’s mission is to groom Data Leaders of tomorrow.

A Data Leader goes above and beyond developing technical skills, focuses on driving data-backed changes in the industry.

As such, a Data Scientist has to be an industry leader to make his own niche. INSAID Career Launchpad is an initiative solely focused on building and branding such Data Leaders!

The Career Launchpad platform invites submissions and goal oriented tasks from students in every term.

These tasks are crucial for preparing you for the world outside the classes… interview rooms, training for real-world jobs, conferences and your professional network.

The platform also offers a number of video tutorials to assist you to achieve these term based tasks, improve and work on your profile.

What’s more is that besides making you ready for your Data Science job interview, the platform helps you build and boost your online presence by allowing you to share your tasks and connect with your professional community.

3. Faster Query Resolution

The INSAID Team is devoted to providing fast and efficient support to our students.

As we grow to cater to thousands of learners on a regular basis, the number of student queries we receive multiplies every second and we have to ensure we’re on top of each one of them.

We have now introduced a Ticketing based query resolution system that will track every query made, resolution or assistance provided and the turnaround time for every ticket closed.

This initiative has made sure that we not only receive and allocate all student queries but also track and resolve them on an absolute priority basis; saving time and effort invested by our students. This will also ensure the management has a clear view of the speed and accuracy of the resolutions.

4. Faculty Notification System

Since most of our students are working professionals, we understand the challenges they face in devoting their time to regular studies.

Our next initiative, the Faculty Notification System ensures that faculty doesn’t miss or delay any classes helping us achieve a 99% class continuation rate across cohorts.

The notification system sends alerts well in advance to everyone conducting/handling your session on a given day with complete details to equip them for the session.

We value the time we commit to our students and go above and beyond to ensure that classes are conducted on time as per schedule.
